Welcome to Siop-Y-Gornel

At Siop Y Gornel we (That’s Feline and Adam) bake every morning, getting up bright and early to produce fresh food that’s been made from scratch, just like you would make it at home. That means that our bread is made using only good quality flour, yeast, salt and welsh water; our Quiches and Tarts are made using pastry we make ourselves with pure butter, with free-range local eggs and welsh double cream; our pizzas and bakes are made with fresh ingredients from our fruit and vegetable counter in the shop, and nothing else! We don't use ready mixes, or frozen bought in products, or additives or improvers. The food you buy from us will always be fresh, wholesome, and most importantly, delicious!

And because we also run the shop once we've finished in the kitchen, just like at a farmer’s market, when you shop with us you will be buying directly from the person who made the product.
