The Bakery

Feline makes the bread at Siop Y Gornel every morning, using organic flour, fresh yeast, welsh water and not too much salt, from traditional white loaves to French style batons, soft white rolls to seeded loaves with wholesome grains, Croissants and Brioches to our speciality sourdoughs, which take over 24 hours to make!
